If you’re ready for your teen to connect with tennis in a way you weren’t quite sure was possible, our Castro Valley Teen Tennis Stars program is the right way to go. We’ve developed this class for kids who don’t have the on-court experience necessary to move forward quite yet but who are ready to learn more. Each session comes with lots of fun, fundamentals drills, and a better understanding of match play. Here, kids ages nine to fourteen looking for Castro Valley tennis lessons will learn to hit with consistency, serve with power, and move across the court quickly and reliably. Once we’re done, they may even be able to take you on in a match!

Teen tennis lessons shouldn’t be like those developed for younger kids. Teens think differently than the younger set and still differently from adults, and we designed our program just to meet their needs. We help them learn exactly what they need to do to succeed on the court. From covering the essential strokes to developing a powerful volley, every session is packed with information. In fact, we offer your teen everything they need to do better, and they’ll have a fantastic time every time they meet with us.
You can even pair our Teen Tennis Stars program with a private lesson each week so your child will get the one-on-one attention to move forward faster.

In-person registration can be taken at the H.A.R.D. District office at 1099 E Street in Hayward.
Time: Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
F FWe conduct classes in a room if it rains, multi-purpose room or the covered benches/tables area (depending on availability). However there is a chance we cannot get protection for the children. In the case of bad weather, We send you email on that day and also call.

Wear tennis shoes (no black soles) & sports outfit (NO jeans). Bring a tennis racket & bottle of water to class.
