Shahrzad is a dedicated yoga instructor with teaching experience since 2015. She has worked with a wide range of students and teaches various styles of yoga, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Kids Yoga. Shahrzad has extensive experience working with seniors and individuals with disabilities, skillfully adapting practices for both mat-based and seated or modified poses.
